deep breathing (2 minutes)
sit upright, close your eyes, and inhale slowly through your nose, hold briefly, then exhale gently. repeat 10 times. it calms your nervous system and reduces tension. -
neck and shoulder stretch
sit or stand tall. tilt your head slowly left and right, rotate gently in circles. lift shoulders softly and release. perfect after a day at the computer. -
seated twist
sit on the floor, legs crossed. twist your upper body to the right, place your left hand on your right knee, and breathe slowly. switch sides. helps digestion and relaxation. -
child’s pose
kneel, feet together, bend forward with arms stretched in front. rest your forehead on the floor. breathe deeply. ideal for a full moment of calm. -
short meditation
close your eyes, focus on your breath or a calm word like “peace.” 3–5 minutes is enough to clear your mind.
