Return & Refund Policy

At Peak Core, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Some items (e.g., digital products or customized items) are non-returnable.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns to cover handling and processing costs.

How to Return
Contact us via daan@peakcore.nl or through our website to request a return.
We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Pack the items securely and ship them back to us. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately.
We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.

International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Customs fees or duties are not refundable.
