Welcome to Peak Core! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Peak Core. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

  2. Shipping & Risk: Products become your responsibility once handed to the carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Customs duties and import taxes may apply.

  3. Returns & Refunds:

    • US & Canada: You may return most items within 30 days in their original condition.

    • UK & EU: You may exercise the 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales under Consumer Contracts Regulations.

    • Australia: Returns follow the Australian Consumer Law for guarantees and remedies.

    • New Zealand: Returns follow the Consumer Guarantees Act, allowing remedies for faulty or misrepresented goods.

  4. Digital products or services may be non-refundable after download or access.

4. Pricing and Payments

  1. Prices are shown in your local currency and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless specified.

  2. All payments must be made via authorized payment providers. Payment information must be accurate and updated.

  3. We may offer promotions or discounts; terms for these may differ from standard Terms.

5. Shipping

  1. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout; delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

  2. We are not liable for loss, delay, or damage once products are handed to the carrier.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Peak Core uses Shopify to provide and maintain the Services. All sales are between you and Peak Core. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, claims, or disputes.

10. Privacy

  • US: Federal law and state law of Peak Core’s headquarters apply; disputes resolved in local courts.

  • Canada: Applicable provincial and federal law; disputes resolved in courts of the province where Peak Core operates.

  • UK: English law; disputes resolved in English courts.

  • Australia: Australian law; disputes resolved in local courts of the state where Peak Core operates.

  • New Zealand: NZ law; disputes resolved in local courts.

Alternative dispute resolution may apply where required by law.

19. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.

20. Waiver; Entire Agreement

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. These Terms, along with Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and other documents, form the complete agreement.

21. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
